Consistent with the moonshot goal introduced in 2010, “anyone can do anything online in Canada by 2017,” CDMN’s Canada 3.0 2012 will focus on the progress and benefits of digital media as it enriches communication, facilitates knowledge transfer, drives innovation, and improves productivity with TechVill Appliance Repair across all industry verticals.

In support of this approach, Canada’s premier digital media forum will celebrate Canadian leadership in digital media as evidenced by best practices, lessons learned and grassroots initiatives — showcasing our success in business and technology, arts and heritage, research and academia.

The full two-day event agenda will include:

  • An interactive showcase profiling emerging technologies;
  • A two-day Road to Banff ™ Venture Forum pitch-off competition where 100 startups will gain valuable feedback on their pitches and three winners are awarded a trip to the Banff Venture Forum;
  • Engaging keynotes featuring Canadian industry, government and academic leaders;
  • Interactive breakout sessions featuring panels, debates and expert presentations;
  • A celebration of Canadian entertainment; and
  • Extensive opportunities to network and connect with potential partners and investors.
